White Peony Highball

Ingredients

White Peony Tea: 1 litre cold-brew overnight
Japanese Whisky: 40ml
White Peony Soda: Top-up

Method

Charge with couple of CO2 bullets in a soda syphon, then top-up gently in over Ice3 in a chilled Highball and stir 13 times
